Tee Studio Kit is made by Teeshub, a print shop in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. This page explains what information this website and the Tee Studio Kit plugin collect, and why. Questions or requests: hello@teestudiokit.com.

This website

• Meta Pixel. This site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It records which pages you visit, whether you open the live demo, and when you click a button to choose a plan. Meta uses cookies and similar technology for this. We use it to measure our ads and to show Tee Studio Kit ads to people who visited. You can control this in your Facebook ad preferences or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.
• Help desk. Questions you type into the help desk are sent to an AI service run on Cloudflare to write an answer. We don't keep a copy of the conversation. Please don't type licence keys, passwords or payment details into it.
• Live demo. Images and text you add in the demo stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or saved, and no order is placed.
• Email. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to help you.

Buying Tee Studio Kit

Payments, licences and invoices are handled by Freemius, our reseller. When you buy, Freemius collects your name, email, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We can see your name, email, the plan you bought and your licence status, so we can support you. We never see your full card details.

The plugin on your website

Tee Studio Kit runs on your own WordPress site. Your customers' designs, uploads, orders, print files and "bring your own garment" enquiries are stored on your site and are not sent to us. When you activate your licence, your site address and licence details are sent to Freemius so the licence can be checked and updates delivered.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@teestudiokit.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
